租用的Hosting與Domain即將到期
前陣子也在找尋國外便宜又大碗的新主機商
最後決定GoDaddy的Deluxe方案
主要是價格跟目前G型主機差不多
不過空間卻大100倍，流量更是多出200倍
空間搬家，域名當然也跟著搬家
我選了號稱全球最大的註冊商GoDaddy
因為是第一次要把網域轉移國外
首先要面對的就是全英文介面與客服
事前的準備工作當然不能少
轉移之前你必須：
1.選好新註冊商
2.持有Authorization/EPP Code
3.Domain Whois 的E-mail資料是否為你個人信箱
4.確認現有Domain是否被鎖住(Lock)
有下列幾點狀況時則無法轉移
1.Domain註冊未滿60天
2.原註冊商處已經過期，沒繳費續用被凍結，必須先在原註冊處繳款
3.網域商拒絕轉移
4.爭議中的 Domain
5.網域名稱商掛了
6.Domain被鎖住
一、選擇好註冊商之後，接著就是去新註冊商網頁Transfer Domain
二、持有Authorization/EPP Code
Authorization/EPP Code是什麼？
Authorization/EPP Code即授權碼，這是一組非常重要的號碼
用來防止未經授權的域名轉移，如果沒有這組號碼則無法進行Domain Transfer
你可以跟你的網域註冊商或虛擬主機商索取
這是屬於你的東西，也是你應有的權益，萬一拿不回來怎辦
看過網路上很多例子，有些主機商會故意綁住你的域名
藉以讓你繼續租用他的主機空間，這是一種非常惡略的手段
若發生這種事情，只能請你一開始先好好跟他溝通
如果他都不理你或是聯絡不上，有兩種方法
一種是找他的上游註冊商，網路上很多主機商都是代客註冊
也就是顧客是委託主機商來幫你跟上游註冊商來註冊域名
上游註冊商可以用 Whois Search 輸入你的域名來查詢
若你的註冊商已經是最頂了，另一種方法，就是直接跟 icann 申訴了
icann 在條款中有規定，Auto Code (EPP code) 是註冊商必須提供的
每一個註冊商都必須遵守，只要你的 Domain 不在註冊未滿60天條件內且繳款正常
你可以引用 icann 約定條款中第五點
跟你的註冊商要求或是跟 icann 申訴。
萬一還是沒用的話…只能說以後好好慎選註冊商吧！
三、確認 Domain Whois 資料的 Email是你自己的信箱
這是非常重要的關鍵，當初申請 Domain 時，一定有填寫一些個人資料
請確認裡面聯絡用的 Email 是你可以收到信件的
因為轉移的過程中會寄一封信到聯絡信箱做再次的確認。
當然，若你是跟主機商註冊，那很有可能資料不是你的
一樣請你去好好跟主機商溝通吧！資料是可以改的
四、確認現有Domain是否被鎖住(Lock)
大部分的網域商都會幫你把Domain lock
這是為了防止被網路蟑螂在沒有經過授權的情形下把 Domain 偷走
我當初就是不知道還要跟原註冊商做Request Unlock的動作
導致我遲遲等不到下文
接下來我就以轉移到GoDaddy做個全程範例
首先先去首頁選Transfer Domain服務
打上要轉移的域名
此域名可轉移
接著會問你是否另外購買.org .info等域名
取消勾選，並選擇Continue to checkout
Registration Length - 選擇註冊幾年
我選三年，後面還有一些附加服務，不過都是要付費的
Select Your Transfer Nameservers - 轉移後DNS位址
一般來說都是使用當前設定不用變更，除非你主機也要跟著換家
就算要改也不用急，以後再去手動設置即可
最後選 No thanks. I'm ready to checkout 準備結帳
購物車畫面，結帳確認，若有適用的優惠券代碼可打在
If you have a promo or source code enter it here 後面
付費方式，我是選Credit Card信用卡結帳，並勾選協議，Checkout Now
輸入個人基本資料以及信用卡號，Checkout Now
付費成功畫面！
接著GoDaddy會寄給你一封確認碼，如下
Transaction ID: 40536709
Security Code: AAAA6V834
然後登入GoDaddy帳號→進入My Account→選Manage Domains→選Pending Transfers
在右上角的Authorization→選Begin Transfer Authorization
輸入剛剛的 Transaction ID 跟 Security Code，continue
選Authorize繼續
輸入授權碼，Authorization Code (EPP Code)
OK確定
處理中
等待狀態顯示Accept transfer at current registrar
表示新註冊商這邊一切搞定，只要等原註冊商那邊的進度就好
我是等了兩、三天才有開始動作
原註冊商有發一封信過來確認，部分內容摘錄如下
信件中的確認網址，你可以選擇不回應這封信，時間一到自然就會轉移
或是加快轉移作業、或是拒絕，當然我選I Approve，可別點錯了
大功告成，接下來就是等待了！！

5. EPP - based Registry Requirements for Registrars
In EPP-based gTLD Registries, Registrars must follow the requirements set forth below.
Registrars must provide the Registered Name Holder with the unique "AuthInfo" code within five (5) calendar days of the Registered Name Holder's initial request if the Registrar does not provide facilities for the Registered Name Holder to generate and manage their own unique "AuthInfo" code.
Registrars may not employ any mechanism for complying with a Registered Name Holder's request to obtain the applicable "AuthInfo Code" that is more restrictive than the mechanisms used for changing any aspect of the Registered Name Holder's contact or name server information.
The Registrar of Record must not refuse to release an "AuthInfo Code" to the Registered Name Holder solely because there is a dispute between the Registered Name Holder and the Registrar over payment.
Registrar-generated "AuthInfo" codes must be unique on a per-domain basis.
The "Auth-Info" codes must be used solely to identify a Registered Name Holder, whereas the FOA's still need to be used for authorization or confirmation of a transfer request, as described in Section 2 and Section 4 of this policy
