紅麴的故事
紅麴正式確認源自於1895年，荷蘭的科學家Went到印尼旅行時，看到當地居民都用一種紅色的米為魚肉保鮮，於是進行深入研究所發現的。紅麴Monascus Purpureus Went亦因之而得名。
作用成份
每個膠囊含有紅麴 (Red Yeast Rice) 600毫克。紅麴乃以優質稻米發酵而成的標準化Monascus purpureus Went酵母專有品種，內含天然 HMG-CoA 還原酵素抑制劑和不飽和脂肪酸。極安全，不含任何重金屬、殘餘溶劑和微生物毒素。
