Q1：如果我每天使用如沛或菁英如沛，我還需要食用固格配方嗎？
A1：中華民國衛生署對於成年人每日的鈣質攝取建議量為600mg，孕/乳婦的需要量為每日1100mg，而美國成年人每日鈣質建議攝取量更高達1000~1200mg，孕/乳婦及老人的鈣質建議攝取量高達1500mg。
如沛每日可補充500mg鈣質，菁英如沛補充900mg，符合基本的需要，但是對於35歲以上，骨質流失較嚴重的族群，例如不喝牛奶、不常曬太陽、常腰酸背痛、經期不穩定的女性，以及懷孕、更年期婦女...這些體質需要額外補充鈣質及相關營養素的族群，特別推薦使用固格配方，因其含有的鈣、鎂、維生素D、大豆異黃酮、葡萄糖胺，能補強其特殊需要。
Q2：我每天都有喝牛奶還需要吃固格配方嗎？
A3：一般奶粉的鈣質含量大約每份300mg；鮮奶的鈣含量較奶粉低，大約每盒290mg。所以，即使您每天喝牛奶，如果每日蛋白質攝取過量、或是有其他影響鈣吸收、或是有容易骨質流失的因子，還是需要補充固格配方。
Q3：小朋友要長高可以吃固格配方嗎？
A4：兒童或青少年成長發育時期，需要更多的鈣質及相關營養素的補充，,衛生署建議6-12歲兒童每日需要 600~700mg的鈣質，青少年需要700~800mg鈣質，美國對兒童及青少年的鈣質建議量甚至高達 1200~1500mg，主要是因為此時期是成長速度最快的時期，需要大量補充鈣質及相關營養素。此外，骨骼除了70%的無機礦物質外，另外還有30%的有機物質，如膠原蛋白、蛋白多醣....等，所以，葡萄糖胺對骨骼發育也非常重要。
兒童成長發育宜優先選用兒童如沛，如需補充固格配方，宜按體重比例來調整建議用量：若以50公斤為成人標準，4~16歲的小朋友，如果25公斤，為大人建議用量的一半；如果10公斤，則為大人建議用量的1/5。
